DJs, live bands, solo musicians, karaoke setups. Acts that show up on time and read the room.
AV and production
Screens, projectors, microphones, lighting, live streaming. Rochambeau and Game On have built-in AV; smaller rooms get brought up to spec.
Photo and video
Event photographers, videographers, photo booths.
Florals and decor
Centerpieces, ceremony arrangements, room-wide installations. Florists who know each room and its light.
Transportation
Shuttles between ceremony sites, hotel blocks, and reception venues. VIP cars, late-night rides home.
Favors and branding
Custom cocktail menus, branded cups, gift bags, welcome tables. Anything printed, embroidered, or engraved.
Hotel blocks
Group rates at The Liberty, The Charles, Hilton Back Bay, and other neighbors, negotiated directly.
Bar upgrades
Top-shelf open bars, custom cocktail programs, whiskey flights, wine pairings, tequila tastings.
Kids and family
Kids’ meals, face painters, activity tables, and someone watching the kids so the adults can relax.
