We’re Boston’s Best Events — a full-service events team. We don’t own a venue. We don’t run a hotel ballroom. We plan and produce events inside Boston’s best restaurants and lounges, working with the chefs and rooms that make them what they are.

The hotel-ballroom playbook
doesn’t fit a working dining room.

The kitchens are too good. The rooms are too distinct. The rhythm is too particular. So we built a team that books, plans, and runs events the way these restaurants run dinner — small, hands-on, exact. Our job is to make a private event feel like a regular night of service that just happens to be yours.

Floor plans, vendor coordination, menu planning, AV, day-of management — handled. Rehearsal dinners through corporate galas. Thirty people through several hundred. We tell you which room fits, plan the night, and stand on the floor with the restaurant team while it happens.

Rooms we know inside and out

We’ve staffed events in every room we book. We can tell you where the eighty-top fits, which room carries a band, which kitchen does plated dinners on a Saturday without breaking a sweat.

Real restaurant food

Your guests eat what the restaurant is known for. Scampo’s mozzarella bar, Rochambeau’s steak frites, the Bleacher Bar burger. Banquet food doesn’t cross the door.

One point of contact

A dedicated event manager runs your event from the first call to the last plate. You get a person, not a queue.
